We think we need to try so hard and get the wording exactly right to impact another person. But often just saying what we think, no matter how inarticulately, can have a big effect on someone's life. You don't have to engage in these huge strategic changes in order to affect people. Just staying true to who you are and what you already are made up of is enough.
