The Hidden Anger With Putin in Russia
I think it's partially a genuine frustration from the war and from the fact that they're losing the war, not necessarily that the war started. But also a more deep seated frustration with the way things have been going for the last 10 years or so. People realize that they can't come out in the streets and say death to Vladimir Putin or down with Vladimir Putin. But if they say down with the Ministry of Defense, that's a good way of venting it still. You still get your anger out. It's something to be said about the institution itself, I guess there.
