The Warning Against False Prophets

The warning against false is, youare carismatic. Have you heard any any carismatic prophetic christian ever take this seriously? I think that it gets thrown around quite readily, doesn't it? Kind of, this person's a false prophet. This person not. And so i it gets talked about quite a lot, or what is the criterian for being a false prophet?
