I think people rely way too much on willpower and, you know, your willpower is kind of a precious resource. And so trying to spend it on hopeless things is not advisable. If you're doing something that's just hard and unpleasant for you, you have to use willpower to get yourself to do it. Flying in willpower doesn't work though because your mind will always be distracted. It's all about getting the default right.
