The Four Domains of Personality Disorder

In my big four personally the fourth area is identity. If I have a really low view of myself and a really high view of other people like I suck as a person, that's definitely going to affect how I behave myself. To formally diagnose personality disorder we have to say that they also have to cause significant distress. So it can't be that someone else thinks that my personality is problematic. It has actually caused me some subjective distress at some level. And from there you could think of instability or an above average level of challenge in those key domains of personality functioning.
