Is There a Difference Between Invasive and Conservative Surgery?

Hard surgeons focus on this topic because they are rightly upset about the recent downgrade of bipast surgery in the severe anatomic category from grade one to two b recommendations. Though i have to say, these confirence intervals were very wide and got close to being non significant. Now, the authors asked a question, did aschemic burden or anatomic severity modify the treatment effect of invasive or conservative strategies? There were no differences in the main trial, and nor was there a signal here. A schemic severity did not identify a sub group with treatment benefit, mortality, m i, the trial end point, or cardivasker death or am i think about that.
