The Fed's Dilemma on Credit Lending

The big banks and all the banks have been bleeding deposits really for several quarters now. And this will probably mark 12 months of declines in deposit levels. But I think banks have felt pretty comfortable with that. They had a huge inflow of deposits during the pandemic when there were all these stimulus measures.
