The Importance of Setting Standards for Off-the-Shelf Software

I think another thing I'd probably add is when you're dealing with a suite of the shelf applications inside an organization, then you know, I'd like to try and set some kind of standards. Because they're not going to change the product based on your feedback or on your immediate feedback. Here's some stuff that maybe is nice to have. And here's some things that if you're off the shelf software that you've brought in, allows you to do these as well.
