The Fed Chair Don't Wants It

What the Russians are doing is similar to, you know, I mean, you can just see the foundations are built all across Asia. The next bit of it goes back to what you Americans did at the end during this sort of war period. You suddenly before they were only instruments within the financial systems and you introduce something like war bonds or something like that. And now you've got a Fed chair that doesn't want it. Yeah.
