I think it's had some modest success. I'm pleased that the book is frequently mentioned in the context of answering just the question that I set out to answer. It was, why is it that we who live at a living standard that's so much greater than our grandparents did and their grandparents before them? The higher standard of success would have been that our policymakers, at least in the United States, might have said, well, if growth is really that important, and growth has to be inclusive for those beneficial effects to ensue.
