I normally suggest, as it relates to mind set work, to start with the thinking. Focus on being in your body more and out of your head. The number one way to do that is going to be through the breath. You're taking slow breaths. I normally recommend in through the nose and out slowly through the mouth. It's a easy way to kick yourself out of that activated fighter flight state.
