The Importance of Physical Liberation
I think we should celebrate holidays that celebrate freedom because they remind us of this plan of God. And I think Juneteenth demonstrates black people can now be free to relate to God to one another and to creation in a way that God intended for all of us to leave. Sharelfa: It's so striking to me how Jesus actually identifies in the in the gospels with enslaved people.
