Electric Vehicles Are the Next Biggest, Smartest, Most Flexible Load to Come to the Grid
i'm not sure that reducing curband emissions to zero, is that a significant issue anyway? But i would address it first by supporting nuclear power, a, which provides reliable, emissions free electricity. And unlike wind and solar, is not intermittent, so you don't need all the storage capacity or environmental impacts of that. I think internal combustion vehicles are getting more fuel efficient, and so carbon reductions are going down anyway.
