In America and the United States, people have an idea that used car salesman are not trustworthy. And so this makes it very difficult to be a good salesman selling used cars now. If you might have good technique, but if the characters bad, eventually people stop trusting you. I agree with what Stephen Covey saying. He says an emotional bank account is a metaphor that describes the amount of trust in a relationship.
