How to Ensure Success in Remote Teams

I think it depends on the target outcomes you have, what is success look like and being really, really clear on that group. We use a lot of visual practices for which we use sort of Mero or other whiteboarding tools. Being able to visualize what we do really, really helps over communicate and ensure all that kind of asynchronous aspect. Check in with those things regularly. Is our social contract still alright? Has something happened in the meantime that we want to add something? We'll take something else. Definition of done, definition of ready, like I said, visualization of work. These are really great practices that we use they're in their own right but also as part of a foundation
