What Discovery Methods Do You Find Most Useful?

Interviewing people is really useful to get attitudinal data so things like people's subjective experiences right that's going to be helpful to inform things like if you're building customer journey maps or service blueprints. Some kind of ethnography some kind of observational research where you sit in people's environments and observe them do the specific things that you're interested in is also a good way to go about finding out more information. We actually do a Q&A question we got one that has a lot of yeah yeah let's jump in all right it's a big question but from Alexandra what discovery methods do you find to be most useful in which context should you use each one?
