i've had respected and well known like art dealers, tell me that they don't see a place for me in the art world. I remember one person telling me that they were not even certain if fibre artists were artists at all. It was just like quilts or craft, their women's work, they'r low art. They're not high art or fine art. And even if we're accepting quilts, as art yours quilts don't look right. But i'm going to keep trying, working slowly but surely, little by little.
