The Panaparine Congress and the African Cops
The fifth Panaparine Congress, which takes place in Manchester, England, it becomes the first of those conferences that's really worker or that they're bringing workers from the African cops into Europe. That wasn't very much an intellectual conference. The Congresses begin to take a shift where there's a much more of a sort of a populace,. not just exclusively kind of elite into academic intellectual space.
