The Effects of SMR on the Brain

When your consciousness becomes clear the effects of these things are notable. When you're all clouded it's hard to spot these things. And so as you control the inner level of noise you can see signals that you couldn't see before. And that's a plasticity effect too right there's the Emi there's the motor of oak potential work which shows that one session of SMR creates a much lower threshold of activation for hand jumping. But after a single session the threshold way reduced by about 50%. It's not just clearing information it's making the system more sensitive more plastic or changeable I think in general.
