Every cell has genetic changes that go on. In the nucleus, it involves constantly metating, demetaing and phosphates. Cancer cells love two ways to communicate more than others: nanotubes and exoomes. Cancers seem to understand the local language better in the bone or in the lung or in the brain. And they can actually manipulate a mondria into making copies of their mitoconjuet which will really give them red hot energy.
