The Challenges for the Brand Design Team at Octa
The biggest challenge is learning how to direct our brand in a way that ladders up to those product decisions into those business decisions. The other challenges are building those relationships something I didn't expect from the merger once we actually started merging and their teams weren't as um siloed as they were like because we had the Osteer of Brannison team and there was also a counterpart of the Octa brand design team. It's been it's been great meeting a lot of new designers and thinkers on uh the octa team yeah it's been amazing so far.
