How to Test a Condom for Ineffectiveness

Three things that make a condom ineffective. Breaking the condom, not good. Slipping off, definitely not good. None of these are good because they're not preventing pregnancy or some sort of socially transmitted infection. So one of the two tests that they're really looking at is you want it to break and you don't want it to leak. They test the condom's tensile strength. And then there's another leak test which is a lot more scientific. I wonder how many factories use this method.
