Abas: There's a great power in repetition. Yoga means practice, Janais intuition, insight, realization. If we want power and strength, it is yoga and yor knowledge, it is santya. Sanka means self, not self, knowledge, who am i. Both are necessary and spiritual. That shining forth, that requires strength. Enormous practice has been done in many lifetimes by going with the flow. And that generates enormous inertia. Now, you're going to move against that, you need enlightenment.
