How Do We Maintain Muscle Mass as We Get Older?
We start to lose muscle mass, or experience what's called pycopenia, as we age. Three per cent of your muscle masses lost every year after the age 30. We can do something about it with strength training and a healthy diet. Monicas says that you don't have to join a jim for the very first time if it hasn't been something you've done before.
