I suppose at this point, we should probably come clean a little bit because you worked with us in New Carriages, Bar and Grill. You're part of the opening team and the pre-opening team opened it and was there for about three and a half years before you found your own space. Before that, though, I mean, I suppose what we do and what you help build is always being that foundation in just strong, fundamental British cookery, finding great ingredients.
