On a net basis, it's still sort of cheaper in total for the company to pay the 1% tax on the buyback and do that, rather than pay it out as a dividend. So there might be sort of a weird perverse incentive for theCompany to say we don't want to pay the tax, we'll make the shareholders pay the tax by giving them a dividend.
