Drug-induced lupus usually doesn't happen unless someone has been on a medication for a pretty prolonged period of time. About 70 to 80% of people with systemic lupus will have some kind of skin manifestation. And then there's the last one that I hadn't even mentioned yet, which is neonatal lupus. This happens due to a few different types of antibodies crossing the placenta during pregnancy and then being present in the fetus. It can end up causing liver problems or problems with their blood or platelet function.
