How to Start a Survey Successfully

With the way technology is today, I could go launch a survey this afternoon and have some answers to it shortly thereafter. We take great pains not to change anything. Most important problems are usually the first four questions in every survey. And then just checking everything, want this program, check it, make sure that everything is working the way it's supposed to be.
