Do Reverse Lunges?

Reverse lunges require a little bit more coordination to help you keep your balance. The movement is slightly different than a forward lunge. Because reverse lunges require more coordination and balance, you can check how fatigue you are by doing some reverse lunges. It is a great indicator of nervous system fatigue.
