Iyo, an queen of the world and able to effect any change you could, what would you do? I think it's ue that we stiller facing a lot of issues which make it a little bit harder for a woman to succeed in in a field. And i think the we see that woman, er, the rasiol woman, is dropping as the level goes up. It's really an issue which comes in ate early on, rather than then latern.
