The first thing that needs to happen is that you need to know what your values are. When you can ask yourself the question, who do I want to be right now? Then it's easier to identify and those actions start to build upon each other. And pretty soon you're living a life where everything that's in your calendar, everything that you're doing is in alignment with who you are now, with who you're trying to be. And it feels good.
