The Importance of Knowing Your Genre

This podcast is targeted at writers. People who want to write screenplays, books or comics based on speculative fiction topics. I tend to view space opera and this is a layman's opinion as being kind of the missing link in between science fiction and fantasy. We're telling you this for two reasons: One, so you can identify what you've already written so you can know what's like it. And also, if you are trying to write a specific genre, you're looking for a specific audience, we can talk about the things in that sub genre that are going to draw the right audience.
