Is There an Outlook for Story's Arm Strength in 2023?

Trevor Story had good arm strength as of early 2021 and that he did not. He moved from having perfectly fine arm strength for a short stop, particularly everyone who throws on the run in the shortens the length of his throws quite a bit. The outlook is ultimately it would be following a standard course of rehab for a position player. But I think that the Red Sox hope is to have his arm working where he can throw the ball.
