I understand why they were whipping chairs and hair triggers. It wasn't an act for some of them for some of it was. I think that there should be a level of intensity that has to be brought forth all the time when someone is training. If you are not used to that level intensity and you're not used tothat and you go into a situation where now that's being presented constantly you're not going to know how to work in that. So I accept that I understand it's a part of the process and you have to do it but it was more it was a basic was fun for me. Again it was a challenge something I had to learn things I had to get good
