Studies have shown 5% of people have a tighter of 1 to 160 with no autoimmune disease. Even at high tighters like 1 to 25, 60, 1% of otherwise healthy people are walking around with that high of a tighter. "I wish there was a specific black and white tighter threshold," says Dr. John Sutter.
