They want to be the theory of. imagine just every government body worked like that. If you don't spend enough money, then we're not going to give you that same amount of money next year. Hence, the military does your complex. And everybody's always trying to prove their worth. 130 and million Americans cannot read. Those numbers were absolutely fucking staggering.
