I like the idea of trusting the people that's closest to the work to make the good decision. I think it'd probably be fun working in your orgs because you probably do have to like represent your ideas and let the truth come out through the discussion, through code, through argumentation. Every single problem is a new one. And as a result, for me and my own practice, I'm very sensitive to the idea that if I just go off and speak at 25 conferences a year, or at least in the before time when there were that many conferences,. If I just talk and talk and talk eventually, I will lose touch of the work.
