How to Make Programming Changes in Jiu Jitsu
The difference comes in how quickly you're going to have to make your programming changes. Jiu Jitsu is a massive conditioning event, it's a massive strength event either because you're holding on to things too long and you're using too much quote unquote strength like we talked about before. Your progress will be blunted and you'll make programming changes sooner than if you weren't doing Jiu Jitsu. But that's okay because you're interested and you're invested in this other thing which also has a ton of benefits along with it.
