The Rewriting of History in the Most Dishonest Ways

I've seen the bits and pieces of this everywhere. Certain ideals and values that I always thought were right are under attack. The balancing and the scales of these things is of erasing or minimizing somebody like Winston Churchill to, you know, his worst moments. So here's one proposal of what I think is going on. People who are doing that are doing something which solves them of having to do any work. They're rewriting history in the most dishonest ways that you can possibly imagine.
