The Origins of the Orthodox Theology of Revelation
Owen clarifies that it is God, the Son incarnate who is so appointed not nearly his human nature. Daniel Whitby defended the Orthodox view of the son as taught in the opening verses of Hebrews in his New Testament paraphrase and commentary first published in 1700.
