Too Many Cooks in the Kitchen

Work places, instead of being privately owned, would be collectively owned by the people who work in them. Things could be sort ofik, planned horizontally with the participation of everyone. And like the 80 % of workers like me, you i'm just sitting here day dreaming, cleaning, keeping busy. There's lots of stuff to do, more stuff than i could ever do because we're under staff because of covet.
