The All Clear Signal to Invest in Banks
I don't think I have the all clear signal to really go out and invest in banks. My bias would be to own them because they're cheap and out of favor. But I also know I could wake up tomorrow morning and a bank could sell assets like Pac-West did at 92 or 90 cents in the dollar and the stock could be down 30%. We've never liked the underlying fundamental backdrop of banks.
