The Limits of Bias Training
A lot of companies now are offering unconscious bias, implicit bias training to flag help people see that they am a have flawed, flawed brains. Unfortunately, they don't have flawed brains. They have healthy brains. My fear cleme is that by calling it bias, we are removing the one thing that helps people get comfortable with each other, and that is having authentic conversations.
