The 15 minute cities term has been floating around in conspiracy groups for a few months. There's just a cast of usual suspects who have got angry or kind of performatively angry about these traffic calming measures, he says. And it's really kind of picked up that flywheel of conspiracy theory as it meets mainstream concerns and back again. The idea of everything, whether it's human rights laws or public health measures or cycle lanes, reflects a kind of totalitarianism, right? Is that what they call charisma? Right.
