A lot of people go to sex workers not because it's a great blow job but because they feel desired and for whatever the reason in their current relationship no matter what. Marty: What tips people over the edge of breaking their promises to their mate or to themselves are wanting a certain kind of emotional experience that they can't figure out how to get in a cost acceptable way. For a lot of people the alternative to doing things that are labeled sex addiction is just too painful. So they lie in cheating steel and they do whatever they have to do to get the emotional experiences that they want to have.
