I think you can make your life slightly easier by sometimes letting go of the numbers only because you just want to make sure it's again. Buying a 90 milion dollar property is easier than buying a duplex. For me, it's less work, less involvement, right? Bu if, and it's all built on that caviot of if you have the right leadership skills to make it all work. It's much harder to get someone who knows how to work with he hearts and minds.
