The Importance of Listening to Your Body

Your body is really the measure of the health of your brain so I think I'm gonna get into that in a bit. You can't make healthy choices without a healthy brain not very effectively okay. If you're thirsty drink something like water instead of sugar coated crap when you're tired rest don't drink coffee and use stimulants or you're gonna burn yourself out. We need to look at quantitative versus qualitative assessment and choice because sometimes less expensive things have higher value for our lives than something prettier and prettier which may be more expensive but could put you into dangerous situation.
