ADHD - What Are Some Strategies for Parenting a Teen With ADHD?
A good strategy is to plan for a particular, every single scenario. If there's certain triggers, whether it's a new or your child, that often occur, when you have the ability to kind of do stuff differently to avoid those triggers, that can sometimes be a good starting point. Learning how to tolerate sort of maybe being uncomfortable in the moment with having to do something you don't want to do or being surprised by it and, you know, practicing that.
