Is China's Reopening of COVID a Pandemic?
There's a lot of debate within the economic world about whether the sudden reopening of China after the COVID lockdowns will be inflationary or disinflationary in the world economy. It's worthwhile remembering the Chinese economy, I mean, it matters a lot to companies. As the fear level comes down, particularly as we get into the second quarter, domestic demand should improve. But where do they go traveling? And this is going to be one of the very interesting things to see.
