A lot of our listeners want to learn about running the TV writers room. How do you run a room from an emerging writer who just got on for their first show and gets a toss out an idea up to the pros working? That's a great question. I mean, there are a couple of things like over the years I've become less and less enamored with the idea of like the longer you sit there the better the ideas get. And so, so I tend to try to work more efficiently now but that's also a facet of being a mom and actually liking to go home.
